My love for life and being fit and healthy has helped me achieve my goals of helping people completely change their whole lifestyle and outlook on life.

Fast forward to now... I have attained level 3 as a Personal Trainer, Lifeguard, Exercise to Music, Kinesiology Taping Teechnician, and Strength and Conditioning Level 4.
My ability to adapt my workouts to the individual has proven beneficial to my Dementia and Parkinson's Disease Clients. Proving that exercise really is for everyone and I always put you first!
I developed a purpose built 10km assault course for an outdoor bootcamp, called Project Bootcamp. I am also the founder of trademarked classes Booty Club and CoreFit, and the owner and creator of the Scorpion Run Assault Course.
I specialise in all areas of fitness, weightloss, wellbeing, and body sculpture. I have inspired, helped and watched hundreds of clients to reach more than they imagined!
This year I will be 54 I am currently training using calisthentics, its giving myself and many of my clients a new approach to their training, using bodyweight exercises and movements.

FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM
I have always had a passion for training and maintaining health and wellness. In 2008 I weighed 18 stone and wore size 18 clothing. So I understand the worries of starting again, having no confidence in yourself and achieving exercise goals. Since then I have completed several half marathons, a trail marathon and a 24 hour endurance race. I know the importance of a gym environment to keep you motivated, maintain a healthy lifestyle and bring you back to feeling YOU again!
My next goals are to tone and condition and I am planning to do a road marathon and several other challenges. Working in a positive, enthusiastic environment packed with a motivational team will help me reach this.
As part of the Elements team I am here to assist you with general enquires, introduce you to our team and provide a positive, friendly face which encourages you to visit time and time again and achieve your fitness goals too!

SUZIE BUCKLEY
PERSONAL TRAINER
I have been a PT for 8 years but have over 15 years of fitness instructing experience.
I am a lively, bubbly person who enjoys working with a wide range of clients of different abilities. For example I am currently working with a junior GB tennis player, a client with a knee problem and over the years have helped to solve many peoples back issues, alongside a huge number of successful weight loss achievements. Another client of mine who came to me with a low basic fitness is now running ultra marathons!
I got into fitness after having my 3 children children (including twins) so I understand how hard and frustrating it is when trying to regain your figure. I love to share my enthusiasm for fitness and mix it with fun to help people realise their goals, whether they are: health, fitness, weight loss or sports specific. I pride myself in offering a holistic approach including nutritional advice and programmes specifically tailored to your needs. Most of my clients have two programmes to alternate between as variety is key to your success.
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be a chore!

The most challenging of activities are also the most rewarding
Benefits of living a healthy lifestyle are well acknowledged. But knowing when or how to start can be difficult. This is why the right professional support and guidance is important.
I have supported many clients achieve their goals through my energetic fun approach to fitness.
From an early age I was always into sports. People noticed how well I coached others in sports and the gym do better. They said I was a natural. I do love seeing people become more, it's my nature.
When I returned from my successful degree in London, I qualified as a personal trainer in a short amount of time.
Throughout my education I was always involved in racket sports and I'm a keen distance runner. I regularly enter the Stafford 10k and half marathons for both local and national cancer charities.
I have drawn a lot of experience from the right sources, from first timers to the more seasoned gym go'er or fitness enthusiast. I deliver a high level of understanding and application of coaching.
During your free consultation, we can quickly design your road map for success.
Lets have fun on our journey together!

OLLIE GREENSILL
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
I am currently working at Elements alongside studying Sports Therapy at university. Working in a gym environment and being around like-minded people has allowed me to develop my knowledge and understanding of the fitness/ health industry.
My passion for fitness grows each year. From competing nationally in sports such as Rugby, Running and triathlon, I have always had a health orientated lifestyle. I spend most of my time training with the goal of completing an Ironman Triathlon within the next few years.
Working at Elements is the correct step forward as it has presented a wider range of opportunities and has allowed me to progress with working in the sporting industry. After recently qualifying as a L3 Personal Trainer, I am excited to start applying my knowledge in practical situations with clients, positively influencing their fitness journey.
If you see me around the gym, feel free to approach me! Let's have a chat

CARL CHATFIELD
FITNESS MANAGER
Dear valued members, I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be!
I specialise in weight/fat loss, strength/muscle building, nutrition, and improving athletic performance.
I am a keen sportsman and have completed a Sports and Exercise Science degree at Liverpool John Moores University. I have first class knowledge of how the body works and can advise and guide you on your journey to achieve your goals.
I love teaching people how to change their life and I love to see their results. I have found that people themselves grow mentally as much as they do physically through one to one sessions. Workouts are fun and tailor made to suit you!
Since 2016, during my time in both Auckland, New Zealand and here in Stafford, I have helped hundreds of clients reach their personal goals; from running their first ever 10k race to losing 45kg (7 stone) of body mass; from fixing postural issues to constantly achieving personal bests with the weights they lift.
Come and say hello to me in the gym and let's discuss your health and fitness aspirations for this year!
If you can't find me in the gym, you can get in touch by phone, email or Facebook/Instagram (Carl Chatfield Fitness).

CHLOE FORDHAM
PERSONAL TRAINER
At 16 years old, I qualified in level 2 Exercise to Music, and started up my own business as a self-employed Zumba instructor:
After graduating with a First Class BA Honours in Joint Dance and Biology, I completed my level 3 PT qualification and returned to Staffordshire as a gym floor and class instructor; since qualifying in Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat. I also studied nutrition at university, and have completed the paperwork required to apply as a Registered Associate Nutritionist.
My class teaching style has evolved from a longstanding background in ballet: teaching dance/exercise-to-music-based classes and having a personal interest in yoga and barre programs. In the future, I would also like to try/teach pole and aerial work. As a PT, I adapt my style to cater towards my client's motivations, so as to get the best out of every individual. Having a varied fitness background, I can adapt sessions to fit a conventional 1-2-1 PT session, or more of a small group training session; depending on individual preference.
Please feel free to speak to me about booking PT sessions, my classes, or just to get to know me better as an instructor. I look forward to working with you soon.
