Monday

These are the classes we have:

BoxFit with Sammy

Boxfit is a high intensity workout that combines cardio, strength, and boxing techniques. Suitable for all levels.
6:15 am - 7:15 am

GMB Mobility with Carl

GMB is an introduction to locomotion and mobility. It is a class that aims to increase useful range of motion in all major joints for unrestricted athletic movement. You will start to feel your body move with less pain, more resilience and easier performance in sport and activities.
7:30 am - 8:30 am

Calisthenics with Carl

Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses a person's body weight and requires little to no equipment. For example: pushups, crunches, burpees etc... There are meant health benefits to Calisthenics and is aimed at all ages and abilities. The main focus of our Calisthenics class is to learn and develop specific body-weight movements such as handstands, movements suspended on Olympic rings such as skin the cat, front and back levers and muscle-ups, plus body-weigh leg movements such as pistol squats.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Advanced Spin with Robbie

Robbie's Old Skool 'Spin Style' classes which members have enjoyed for over a decade but with a modern twist, utilising FTP (power training) to include all zones. Expect hills and thrills to big beats - you'll need to book this one early!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Booty Club with Claire

Booty Club is a high energy class containing fast and controlled movement and exercise to music, aimed at the core and glutes specifically but also providing full all over body toning. It's hard core and fun!

CrossBlast with Slav

Primarily, Cross Blast provides strength training and conditioning exercises that work for anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. The core of CrossBlast is high-intensity, constantly changing workouts made up of everyday movements, It is designed in a way that will help you achieve any fitness goal.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Vinyasa Yoga with Robbie

A slow flow yoga practice linking poses one into the next whilst utilising the breath such that it flows. Great for increasing flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus. A great way to start the week.
7:10 pm - 8:10 pm

CrossBlast with Slav

Primarily, Cross Blast provides strength training and conditioning exercises that work for anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. The core of CrossBlast is high-intensity, constantly changing workouts made up of everyday movements, It is designed in a way that will help you achieve any fitness goal.
7:00 am - 8:00 am

FitRun with Slav

FitRun is an outdoor running class for beginners and little advanced. The aim is to help newbies get to the point where they can cover 5K running without stopping over time and then eventually improve to 5K pace.
9:15 am - 10:15 am

PadFit with Slav

PadFit is a non-contact, Thai boxing based pad workout. It helps with co-ordination, flexibility and balance. PadFit introduces you to the basic fundamentals of striking, this includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and the defence to all of these techniques.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Yoga with Elena

Iyengar yoga is a traditional style of yoga with a focus on alignment and precision. It can make use of pros to achieve good alignment and to make asanas accessible to everyone without risk of injuries. Every week you will be working on a different sequence of asanas, covering the level 1 syllabus. The sequence can include standing positions, sitting positions, forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists.

Circuits with Sammy

Circuits classes are an amazing way to get in shape and stay healthy, combining lots of different cardio and weighted exercises and is welcome to all level of fitness.
6:15 am - 7:15 am

HIIT Cycle with Robbie

HIIT Cycle is a shorter, more intense class consisting of predominantly Z5+ interval work (90-100% of peak heart rate). This will improve one's maximal speed, power and strength. If you can only do 1 cycle class per week, this one will bring the most benefits.
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm

MFusion with Marlena

Highlighting the benefits of using resistance bands, MFusion is a resistance bands class tailored towards everyone, no matter the age or fitness level.
6:45 pm - 7:45 pm

Pilates with Robbie

Pilates is a low intensity way to improve mobility, functionality and core strength. You can expect a nice burn in the targeted areas. Classes can be performed without equipment using bodyweight alone but Robbie will include weights, balls, resistance bands and/or sliders for a challenging full body workout - A great all rounder and a good complement to a hard gym session!

PadFit with Slav

Performance Cycle is a high-end endurance class consisting of predominantly of Z3/Z4 work (70-90% of peak heart rate) that uses videography to simulate road cycling - great for improving cardiovascular fitness and lactate tolerance.
9:20 am - 10:30 am

Mobility & Movement with Robbie

Robbie fuses different styles of yoga with Pilates and mobility for an all-round movement experience - often utilising equipment (Pilates balls, resistance bands, sliders, trigger point balls etc) - A popular class and a great one to do if time constrained and not able to commit to the other classes.
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Sunday

These are the classes we have:

Yin Yoga & Meditation with Robbie

Targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, cartilage and bone - the deep fascia networks of the body along with the meridians (in contrast to traditional forms of yoga which more specifically target the muscles). You will hold each pose for typically 2-5 minutes in order to stimulate the fascia which responds best to slow sustained tension, compression or shear. A real treat for calming the mind, body link and a great complement to all the Yang energy in our lives. The class typically finishes with a meditation or relaxation which is optional.
9:30 am - 11:00 am
