Hi, I'm Em, a Level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist based in Stafford with 4 years' experience. Initially I started my career as a Veterinary Physiotherapist where it became clear how much horse riders were impacting their horses, which led me to carry out further training to become a masseuse to provide holistic treatment. My own passion for health and fitness as well as my personal experience in Crossfit, triathlons and bodybuilding, provides me with a broad understanding of exercise demands allowing me to provide a holistic and individual approach to treatment. I am always wanting to learn to better support my clients, where I have also completed additional training in cupping and I am currently training to be a personal trainer too!
